The new Kung-Fu.Toa student must accept his task to purify his mind and to carry the burden of social responsibility. In order to achieve a good mentality one needs to be in good physical and mental shape. Kung-Fu.Toa teaches to build strength against problems, to create a well relationship with your surroundings, to show respect for other peoples rights and to use your abilities for good causes. One should think with everything one does. Otherwise, ones behavior is not wanted. "It is impossible to express in words the human feelings which lie in the mind. They become apparent only in their realization.

For instance, death is inevitable for man. Death is the hunter who will catch its prey sooner or later. Because of this fear of death is wrong.

To realize all this, much is expected from the members of the temple. Only through hard word one can understand the true meaning of Kung-Fu.Toa and its philosophy: to overcome one self sweat and fatigue are prerequisites. Naturally, one has a larger risc of injuries at Kung-Fu.Toa compared to sports. One must not fear to easily and quit practice. Try to harden your body and mind to be prepared for unexpected setback.

"Work as if you will never die, reject bad intentions as if you can die any moment."

Kung-Fu.Toa is not about medals, fame or money, but about discovering the true meaning of being human.
